A refreshing off-dry white wine blend that is the perfect blend of co-fermented Viognier, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay grapes.  We stop the fermentation at approximately 1.5 Brix.  This semi-sweet blend of white wines feature great fruit notes such as pineapple, banana and ripe peaches.  This is very fruity wine, yet pairs well with spicy foods or hot weather.
