Tasting Notes:   Caramel fills the glass following with black cherry on the nose.  The wine is rich and provides a full mouth-feel of fruit, baking spice and a hint of pepper.  Enjoy the lingering finish of cola and dried currant.  This wine features good structure and tannins that will ensure its longevity.  This wine is lightly filtered.   This is a specialty blend created by our winemaker to be a fabulous food/cuisine wine.
