2013 Cab Franc
Tasting Notes: This vintage opens with a savory note of butter and slightest hint of rosemary or eucalyptus, but moves quickly to a caramel toffee pudding nose. Good acidity, solid structure and tannins that would perfectly pair with a charcuterie plate of meats and cheeses. This is a wine that would make any roasted food like short ribs or grilled salmon amazing as a pairing.
