Tasting Notes:  The nose is all about ripe blueberry jam or cobbler with a whiff of pencil wood.  The palate is vanilla – animal cracker / graham cracker that is sweet and a childhood memory.  Enjoy a deep color, and big body wine with a lean coffee/tannin on the finish.

Food Pairings:  This Cab is a classic, well-made wine that and makes blue cheese and ribeye steak come to mind.  The smoothness of the tannins allow this wine to be sipped and enjoyed on its own.
