Tasting Notes:  Known for its deep color and richness of flavors we find these characters are displayed in the 2014 vintage.  Deep black cherry color with a caramel and vanilla custard nose delight the palate from the start.  The wine is light-bodied yet very complex in flavors.  Rich dark berries and blueberries fill the palate. The finish lingers and ends with tart plum and poached pear notes.

Food Pairings:   Pair with salmon dishes or spicy pork.  The complexity allows it to showcase highly flavored meats, the acidity would pair well with rich and buttery cheeses or creamy pasta or potato dishes.
