Join us in the next class of our Wine Wisdom series: Time in a Bottle! Guests will learn about the winemaking process from Edenvale’s own award-winning Winemaker, Ashley, and find out how specific decisions can affect the ageability of wine. This lesson will be taught through a flight of 5 Malbec wines pulled from different stages in the winemaking process to showcase how wine evolves from the vineyard, to the barrels and finally the bottles. This class’ grand finale is a 19 year old Malbec from our cellars, showcasing how important cellaring is to create a smooth and soft wine! We’re excited to share this incredible experience, and enjoy an age curated food board to pair with our theme during our after-class reception chatting about what we’ve learned!
