Tasting Notes:   A beautiful, lush Rogue Valley Merlot brings a creamy milk chocolate note in the glass with a brief whiff of pencil wood and graphite in the background.  Though the wine is light in body by Edenvale standards,  it delivers a juicy, full mouth of bright red fruit showing acidity with a richness.  It offers a perception of sweet chocolate finishing with tart cherry notes.  Great tannin structure will let this wine continue to age.

Pairing Notes:  This wine is high acid and would be best suited pairing with a creamy cheese or rich, oily cheese or sauce.  Grilled meats, duck confit or even traditional Thanksgiving menu.
